[FEATURE] multi-session desktop app

Problem Statement

I often work on multiple projects simultaneously and like to be able to view multiple sessions at a time. VS allows for multiple sessions that can either be tiled in one window or broken across multiple windows.

Proposed Solution

Ideally the desktop app would allow for sessions to be pulled into their own window and/or allow for multiple instances of the desktop app to run at the same time.
