[BUG] Error when uploading screenshot in iOS app

What's Wrong?

When I upload a screenshot from iOS to a Claude Code chat in the iOS app, I receive the following error

API Error: 400 {“type”:“error”,“error”:{“type”:“invalid_request_error”,“message”:“messages.112.content.3.image.source.base64.media_type: Field required”},“request_id”:“req_011CY7VHDCHREVveEesB6f7n”}

What Should Happen?

Claude should be able to read screenshots from the same device

1. During a Claude Code session in the iOS app, select choose photo
2. Choose a screenshot
3. Get error, no further response
