[BUG] Posting a screenshot image via remote session in ios app

What's Wrong?

When posting a screenshot image via the claude code ios app we‘re greeted with a nice api error (see attached)

this of course kills a remote session without any possibility to rescue the session.

have you guys heard of testing? long, hard @t3dotgg sigh
