What's Wrong or Missing?
Despite all of that, the Claude Code iOS Simulator tool itself still insists Xcode isn't selected. At this point I don't think this is something further troubleshooting on your end can fix — it looks like a real limitation or bug in how that tool detects Xcode on your setup, most likely related to Xcode 27 beta 6 specifically (this integration may not yet recognize a beta build/version it wasn't tested against).
Suggested Improvement
I don't have a generic desktop/Simulator-app screen-control tool as a fallback in this session, so I can't drive the Simulator directly either way right now. In the meantime, the mobile safe-area fix from earlier is already done and verified at the code level (type-check + lint pass) — that part isn't blocked, just not visually confirmed.
