[BUG] Branch selector missing in iOS Code UI

What's Wrong?

I can’t select a base branch anymore.

I had to ask Claude to use a base branch, then it pushed directly to that branch rather than branching off it.

What Should Happen?

The iOS iPhone UI needs a base branch selector.

Open the code UI on an iPhone. Try to select a base branch. There is no selector.
