[BUG] Usage limits have been SEVERLY reduced - hitting limits 5x faster - is CC counting tokens correct?

Preflight Checklist
- [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
- [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
- [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code
What's Wrong?
I am seeing scenarious where 70% of my 5 hour limit is being used in one message....
Weekly limit also seems to be massively reduced - lack of transparency makes customers unsure if this is intentional behavior or bugs.
The utility of the tool has just fallen by 5x if this is the new limit.
What Should Happen?
Limits should be restored to those seen prior to the release of Opus 4.6 - or make Opus4.5 available on web as a legacy model thats less token hungry/innefficient.
Error Messages/Logs
Constantly having it stop halfway through response, and it takes me to ask "how are you getting on" to have it resume its thinking. I think this is damaging token consumption
Steps to Reproduce
