[BUG] Random word hallucination/glitching in Czech language

What's Wrong?

Lately I am getting weird responses from time to time from Claude Code in VS.
He is answering completely fine in my native lang and suddenly he starts glitching words and even inserting ones from different languages.

He is doing it on multiple devices, no matter which project is opened in VS, no matter how much of history there is, no matter how many tabs I've got opened..

Can provide examples, but since its in Czech - i do not know how useful that can be.
Lemme try to demonstrate in english:

What Should Happen?

Claude should respond in my native language without partly hallucinated words, or different language/alphabet.
