Usage tracking is glitching - usage on session 95%+ on first interaction - Opus at 100% when I'm not using it

I've never gotten close to my usage limit on this $100 max plan before. I just did a /usage right before 5pm EST. I was at 98% (more or less). I just sat down in my office from napping. In fact I don't think I've used claude code hardly at all today!

...then shortly after 5pm EST, I did another usage to get a refresh. Now it says I have 1% left to last me to 10pm tonight!! WTF?!

...then I noticed my week usage was above 50%, which I have never seen before.

...then, 100% of opus used?? I don't even know how to use opus anymore. Something is wrong. Please advise!
