Feature request: Czech (cs) localization for Claude Code desktop UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Claude Code desktop app UI (menus, buttons, labels, dialogs) is only available in English. There is currently no supported way for users to translate the interface into their own language.

Describe the solution you would like
Add a localization/i18n system to the desktop app, with Czech (cs-CZ) as one of the supported languages. Ideally exposed as a language setting (Settings > Language), or a user-loadable translation file for community-contributed locales.

Describe alternatives you have considered
Manually patching bundled app resources, which is unsupported, breaks on auto-update, and is not viable long-term.

Additional context
At minimum, an official mechanism (even a JSON locale override) that survives app updates would let the community contribute and maintain translations like Czech.
