[BUG] Cannot Run or Update

What's Wrong?

When I try to run or update claude, it crashes immediately. Logs below:

This occurred when I was running claude code and it crashed randomly in the middle of typing a prompt.

_Note: I am not using the latest version of claude code, because updates are failing_

I should be able to update claude (or run it)
