[BUG] Claude Code CLI Cannot Run

What's Wrong?

I am executing claude in Git Bash and it keeps getting stuck there

What Should Happen?

Open claude code cli normally

Steps to Reproduce

System Name: Windows 11 Professional Edition
Terminal Name: Git Bash
CLI version: 2.1.86

I have tried other terminals and the same problem has occurred. It was possible before, but after reinstalling the system, it doesn't work. I have tried resetting the system and it still has the same problem. I don't know if anyone else has the same problem as me and how it was solved. Please let me know
