[BUG] Picking "Yes, clear context and auto-accept edits (shift+tab)" clears the message you had written in the textbox

What's Wrong?

This seems unintentinal and has annoyed me a few times already.

That is the option that appears after planning something.

What Should Happen?

The textbox is not cleared and i can submit my message normally

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ask claude to plan something
2. While it's coming up with the plan write something in the textbox
3. When prompted pick "Yes, clear context and auto-accept edits (shift+tab)"
4. Message deleted
