[BUG] `/clear` no longer clears terminal output

What's Wrong?

Before, when I would run /clear it would clear the terminal output and the input box would be at the top of my terminal, but as of the latest update, /clear no longer seems to do this. Maybe this was intentional? I liked this feature.

What Should Happen?

/clear should clear the terminal output.
