[BUG] Claude breaks when interrupted while using certain tools

Bug Description
If I interrupt Claude Code while it's using some tools, it returns an API error and then the conversation cannot continue. Any further input just results in an API error. I have to use the /clear command before the API responds again. It doesn't seem to happen when it's just "thinking" ... more so when it's showing that it is using a tool
Yes, I realise a screenshot of a copy and paste of the API error would help... but I wanted to get this bug report started first and I'll add to it the next time it happens
