[Question] on how to trigger certain Claude Code Events

I love the new hooks feature but I can't work out how to trigger hooks on certain events, namely I am interested in triggering a hook when claude asks for any permission:

• permission to use a tool/exec bash command
• permission to continue with plan (plan mode)

Would really appreciate some help from the claude super users 🙏
