Receiving 'Request interrupted by user' messages in the middle of Claude's tool executions when I didn't press anything. Happened multiple times during a long session (2026-04-22 to 2026-04-23), on Windows, with the Bash tool and Edit tool specifically. Claude's edits/commits were blocked mid-sequence without user action.
