[BUG] claude code for vs code Request interrupted by user

What's Wrong?

During the use of Claude Code for VS Code, the tasks often got interrupted. After reviewing with AI, I found that there were a large number of "Request interrupted by user" entries in the logs. However, I actually did not close the Claude Code task.
