UI shows "meta+t" but doesn't explain what "meta" key is

The keyboard shortcut hint says "meta+t to toggle thinking" but doesn't clarify that meta means Option on macOS or Alt on Windows/Linux. Users unfamiliar with this terminology won't know which key to press.
