meta + m / alt+m not working

What's Wrong?

after updating claude code to version 2.1.9 , the placeholder below the text paragraph changed to (meta+m) instead of (alt+m) and i still cant switch between plan mode and accept edits on since verson 2.1.7

What Should Happen?

switching between modes should work staright away when clicking the correct shortcut
