[BUG] Claude Code for VS Code 2.0.10 Ctrl+Alt+K not working

What's Wrong?
Claude Code for VS Code 2.0.10, I use external terminal with /ide set up. I am sure the /ide is working because claude code showing vscode active file. However, when pressing Ctrl+Alt+K, nothing happen. I downgraded to 2.0.9 and this hot key works again.
What Should Happen?
Ctrl+Alt+K should insert the file/select block to claude code

Steps to Reproduce
install Claude Code for VS Code 2.0.10, using windows termainl (git bash) to open the same dir, /ide select vscode, press alt+ctrl+K, nothing happen
