Bug Description
Option+- (Terminal.app, "Use Option as Meta key" on) interrupts a running turn. The terminal sends ESC followed by "-". Tested in a pseudo-terminal, sending the whole sequence in one write: ESC → interrupted, "-" → no interrupt, ESC "-" → interrupted, ESC Enter (Option+Enter) → no interrupt. Happens every time, so it's not a timing split. When idle, Option+- types "-". Claude Code 2.1.281, macOS, Apple Terminal.
