What's Wrong?

Hello Anthropic Team,
My name is Denis, and I am a regular user and subscriber of the Claude Code product. I have been actively using your platform and really appreciate its functionality. However, on March 6th, I unexpectedly encountered a block on my account.

I’ve already submitted an appeal regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. I would kindly ask you to review my case once again, as it seems to be some sort of misunderstanding or mistake.

If there is a specific reason for the block, I would be grateful if you could provide a clear explanation, so I can understand the situation better.

I truly value the products offered by Anthropic and would love to continue using your services.

What Should Happen?

I expect my account to be unblocked and restored to normal functionality. The system should allow me to continue using the Claude Code product as I have been, without any restrictions. If there was an error that led to the block, I expect the issue to be resolved, and I would appreciate a clear explanation of what caused the situation.

  1. Log in to my Anthropic account using my username [denis_bing@outlook.com](mailto:denis_bing@outlook.com)
  2. I have been using the Claude Code product regularly without any issues.
  3. On March 6th, when I tried to access the service, I noticed that my account was blocked.
  4. I submitted an appeal through the platform, but I have not received any response yet.
