[BUG] getting "Failed to load session" error message

What's Wrong?

When I create a new session, I have chosen the local folder and give a prompt, and when I submit, I get the message that "Failed to load session".

What Should Happen?

Claude should create a new session to respond to my prompt.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Windows, open Claude Code
2. Click new session
3. Select local folder in the local computer
4. Type any prompt or request
5. Press enter key to submit.
6. The error message will immediately display.
