inconsistent token limit status and reset time

I asked how many token credits I had remaining.
The system responded that I still had 157,124 tokens available out of 200,000, indicating that there was sufficient capacity left.

Almost immediately after that, I was blocked with the message:

"You've hit your limit · resets 5pm (Europe/London)"

At that time, the reset was supposed to happen in approximately 30 minutes.
However, once 5pm passed, nothing changed and the limit was not reset.

It is now 9pm, several hours after the stated reset time, and the same limit message is still displayed, with no access restored.
