[Bug] Missing visual differentiation between thinking and response output

Bug Description
Earlier, in the just previous version I guess the thinking use to show in a little grayed out font... That helped differentiate between the thinking and the messages that Claude Says... But now it's difficult to differentiate between the thinking and the claude's responses.
