[Feature Request] Add visual differentiation between user input and Claude Code output in macOS terminal

Bug Description
Find a way to visually differentiate user input vs. Claude code output when using the macOS terminal as well as prompt- and project-specific token usage. User's main issues are lack of knowledge in token usage and lack of knowledge in token economy.
