[BUG] Visual feedback on thinking mode not working

What's Wrong?

When thinking mode is enabled, no visual feedback is provided. When Whinking mode is disabled, no visual feedback is provided.

What Should Happen?

visual feedback whether whether mode is enabled or disabled. e.g. blue outlines for on and gray for off.

  1. open/use claude code.
  2. look around and wondering whether thinking is enabled or disabled
