[Bug] console locks up and truncates the last hour or work

Bug Description
This has happened 2 days in a row, maybe three.

I gave Claude some beautiful, well-crafted instructions to code something complex enough that I will take some time (10 minutes+). Switch to Chrome to browse for entertainment, then come back to the console only to find it frozen, showing content from very early in the conversation. The console is completely frozen. Git shows a bunch of stuff that Claude coded for my request. In the previous 2 occurrences, Claude had completed the work before crashing the console. The latest crash, Claude was not done. I restart Claude, do a /resume, and the history does not contain my beautifully well-crafted prompt. So i need to spend considerable effort to recreate my prompt and add, "you crashed doing this, please look at git to see how far you got and complete the work".

Hope i dont need to craft my instructions and save into a file because claude keeps loosing my work.
