[BUG] File locks on edit where there are no real file locks

What's Wrong?

Claude Code CLI and VS Code extensions are totally unusable today. It constantly complains about file locks, file in use while that's clearly not the case. It's not able to edit any files, then tries workarounds with PowerShell for instance and corrupts the files. This is totally unusable now all day long. Can this be fixed immediately otherwise I need to ask my money back. I'm using this for coding all day long and its clearly UNUSABLE now!

What Should Happen?

ENable file edits like its been possible all along
