[FEATURE] VS Code Extension - For each dot point have a thumbs up or thumbs down that tells claude code we are happy with their thinking / action

Problem Statement

When claude is doing a task it will often segway to something I don't want it to do, particulary when it's trying for the 3rd or 4th time to fix or implement a feature.

I generally have to copy and paste what it told me it's thinking or has done and say don't do that.

Proposed Solution

It'd be good to be able to just thumbs up or thumbs down a dot point in thinking or tool usage that tells it, this is a good path keep going down this route, or thumbs down this isn't good, think again.
