[BUG] `Enter` should not send suggested prompt if an image is attached

What's Wrong?

I was trying to share an image, but Enter also sent the suggested prompt which did something completely different from what I wanted and derailed the conversation. I hadn't even read the suggested prompt, since I was just trying to send my image.

What Should Happen?

When the user pastes an image, there should not be a suggested prompt.
