Desktop app: Make suggested prompts interactive (press Enter to execute)

Problem

In Claude Code desktop app, conversation suggestions (helptext) are displayed but not interactive:

• Cannot click to insert
• Cannot copy text
• Must manually type entire suggested prompt

Requested improvement

Make suggested prompts executable with a single keypress:

• User sees suggestion hint (e.g., /code-review ultra)
• Press Enter → automatically executes/populates the suggestion

This would eliminate tedious manual retyping of suggestions.

Example use case

When Claude suggests '/code-review ultra', user should press Enter to run it instantly, not retype it character by character.
