[Bug] Response text rendering fragmented with inconsistent spacing and alignment

Bug Description
When I enter a prompt, the responses are displayed in a broken and fragmented way. The text appears cut into pieces, with lines jumping or splitting unexpectedly, which makes the output hard to read. This happens consistently and does not render as a smooth, continuous response.
