- List numbering skips (jumps to "4.")
- Formatted blocks show partial content
- Large blank spaces

Can confirm. Windows 11 Pro (Build 26220). Regular terminal is git bash, but this appears to happen across all of them. Terminal size is 140 x 40. Responses are completely unusable.

just started happening to me last night (14 hours ago). hasn't remedied this morning, not worse/not better. 90% of the terminal feedback is completely empty. unusable in its current state for sure.
Same here. Using windows and now after most of terminal is blank (has text but not visible)
Downgrading fixed it for me:
npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code@2.0.72
