[BUG] ask before edits is no longer asking before edits

What's Wrong?

Previously, when ask before edits was enabled... it would ask before edits...

Now it won't do that after the update 12 hours ago to the extension.

What Should Happen?

It should ask before edits

Enable ask before edits, ask for edits, see that you aren't asked to approve edits
