[BUG] Add confirmation to rating of how Claude Code is doing

What's Wrong?

Claude Code often asks how it is doing. It wants to be rated by me submitting 1, 2 or 3. But Claude also wants me to press 1 when I want to accept whatever it is doing. Therefore I keep rating Claude Code 1 when I really thing its doing well, because I do not see the prompt and just wants to accept to continue what its doing.

This would probably mean a lot of bad data for you.

What Should Happen?

Maybe one should have to press ENTER and be able to change the rating.
