Bug Description
Title: Accidental session ratings from the "How is Claude doing this session?" prompt Description: When the "How is Claude doing this session? (optional)" prompt is visible, pressing a number key immediately registers a rating. Because typing happens fast, I frequently hit a number key by accident and submit an unintended rating — most often "1". This means some of the ratings you're collecting are misfires, not real feedback, which likely skews the data (especially toward low scores). Suggested fix: Require a confirmation step (e.g. Enter to submit) before a number-key press counts as a rating, or make the prompt ignore stray keystrokes unless it's clearly focused.
