Make double-press Ctrl+C/Ctrl+D exit confirmation configurable

Recent versions require pressing Ctrl+C (or Ctrl+D) twice within 800ms to exit, with no way to opt out.
Please make this configurable — e.g. a setting like exitConfirmation: false in settings.json, or a rebindable app:exit action in keybindings.json — so users who prefer the previous single-press exit behavior can restore it.
