[Desktop] Add a setting to hide the session rating prompt

In the Claude desktop app (Code tab), a rating prompt ("How was Claude in this session? Bad / Fine / Good") appears at the end of sessions.

I already set CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_FEEDBACK_SURVEY=1 in ~/.claude/settings.json, but this prompt in the desktop app still appears, and there is no option in Settings to turn it off.

Request: please add a setting (or respect CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_FEEDBACK_SURVEY) to hide this rating prompt in the desktop app. I run many sessions a day and it is distracting.
