[Bug] Focus lost in Claude Code editor after Alt+Tab switch on Windows

Bug Description
When using the Claude Code extension in VSCode on Windows, if I launch Claude Code in non-Terminal mode, first place focus in Claude Code's text editor, then use Alt + Tab to switch to another application, and then use Alt + Tab to switch back to VSCode, the text editor focus in Claude Code will be lost.
