[BUG] Shift Return not working in 2.0.28

What's Wrong?

When I hit shift return to put a new line in a prompt it submits the prompt. there is currently no way to enter prompts with line breaks other than copy paste

What Should Happen?

A new line is created in the prompt

None - the command just submits instead of creating a new line

Steps to Reproduce

type some text, hit shift return, command is submitted instead of creating a new line.
