[BUG] Shift + Enter does not return new line in chat prompt entry field

What's Wrong?

What Should Happen?

BEST PRACTICE: Send/Submit button on chat prompt box, allows "Enter" to do what it's supposed to do on a text editor, and that is a char return/new line interaction like in the box this text was made in.

UPSIDE: No more half entries being submitted becuase erroniously becuase I fat-fingered the Enter button.
