[BUG] Shift+Ent no longer working in 2.1.70

What's Wrong?

When using Claude Code in-IDE Terminal (I'm using Windsurf), the text entry no longer supports Shift+Enter to add a line break and instead sends the message. This is unlike 2.1.69 which does support Shift+Ent to add line breaks within messages.

What Should Happen?

Line break added instead of sending the message to Claude code
