[FEATURE] Claude code on desktop and Claude on web - Need toggle to switch behavior of Return and Shift + Return

Problem Statement
I work with multiple projects on Claude code. When editing prompts, it is a bit annoying that if I accidentally press "Return" instead of "Shift + Return", the prompt gets submitted midway through. If you think about it, most users would prefer submitting content in a structured format so that the prompt mirrors how they think. This would mean that users would use "Shift + Return" more than "Return" even though in the non-Claude world, "Return" is used for editing content.
Proposed Solution
My proposed solution is to provide a simple toggle in Claude code on desktop and Claude on web so that if I choose to have "Return" for editing and "Shift + Return" for submitting prompt, then users wouldn't be worried about accidentally hitting "Return" and submitting an incomplete prompt. You can easily figure out how many users and how many incomplete prompts are submitted per day. I can confidently say that the major reason would be this return vs shift+return confusion. This is a simple toggle that could solve the pain for a lot of users. If you don't want to make it a toggle, permanently switch the behavior of these two controls.
