[BUG] Desktop: context window line missing from the usage ring popover again (regression after #91712)

What happens: clicking the usage ring next to the model name in the Code tab shows only the 5-hour and weekly plan usage. The session's context line ("Context window …k / 1M (…%)") is gone. It was there until about 15 Oct 2026.

Expected: the popover shows the current session's context usage, as it did after #91712 was fixed.

Why it matters: with no context figure anywhere in the app, there is no way to see how close a long session is to compaction. The ring fills with plan usage, so it can read 3% while the session is over 80% full.

Others seeing it: two users reported the same thing on #91712 on 15 Oct, after it was closed (comments by chrishetzenecker and jaejoe). Related: #92475, #92224.

Environment: Claude desktop app 2.42304.0, macOS 27.0.1, Max plan, Opus 5.5, Code tab.

Ask: restore the context line in the popover, or say where the context figure now lives.
