[BUG] Desktop Code tab: context window bar missing from usage popover (all sessions)

What's Wrong?

The usage popover (click the ring next to the model picker) used to show a context window bar at the top. As of Oct 14, 2026 it’s gone in all my Claude Code sessions. The popover now shows only Session limit, Weekly, and Cloud session credits. /context still works, but I relied on the popover to watch context at a glance, since context size drives usage.

What Should Happen?

Expected: Context window bar at the top of the popover, as before.
