[FEATURE] Collapse/expand the AskUserQuestion popover

Problem Statement

We should have an option to temporarily hide the AskUserQuestion popover. I use the Claude Desktop app on a small spare monitor at work, and when the popover shows up, it takes over almost the entire conversation. Sometimes I just need to look back at the last message to make sure I choose the right option, but right now I have to drag it over to my main monitor first. That’s super annoying.

Proposed Solution

A small “Hide question” button next to “Dismiss question,” or a keyboard shortcut to quickly collapse and reopen the popover.
