[Bug] Claude says it showed a list of user-only tasks, but AskUserQuestion to confirm list completion appears without ever showing the list

Bug Description
Claude claims it tells me it showed me a list of something that only I, the end-user, can do, then shows me the AskUserQuestion dialog without showing me a list, to ask if i did the things on the list. when I close the AskUserQuestion dialog by pressing escape, no list is shown. Claude has suggested in the past that the list was covered up by AskUserQuestion, but no list has ever been covered up by the AskUserQuestion dialog in the CLI. I tell claude no list was shown in my next prompt, and only then does claude show me the list for me to act on.
