[BUG] Hebrew letters within word showed LTR in claude-code plugin chat

What's Wrong?

Bug: Hebrew text renders in reverse character order in Claude Code chat (VSCode)
Hebrew characters inside words appear in reversed order (LTR instead of RTL) in the Claude Code chat window inside VSCode.
