[BUG] missing letters

What's Wrong?

When i'm typing or when claude is responding on VS code, letters are missing

What Should Happen?

It shouldn't have typing errors like that

Steps to Reproduce

Just typing anything in VS Code, when i click enter, certain letters are missing and sometimes when Claude responds, some letters are missing too
